Common Questions
How we can make an order?
- 1st Step: Please click here to our
- 2nd Step: Email us the digit code of the styles you wish to order. If there is no matching style in the catalog as what you are looking, kindly read to the product and sample section below.
- 3rd Step: We will arrange a quotation and the sample for you to check the style and quality product.
- 4th Step: If the quotation and samples are approved. Then you are ready to place us PO (purchase order) or simply email us the approved item you wish to order with the quantity you wish to order.
- 5th Step: We will send you the proforma invoice (PI)/recap of your order with the ready date of the shipment.
- 6th Step:Â Check and confirm the proforma invoice (PI)/recap of your order with the payment to release the order to production.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we do. Samples up to 10 (ten) pairs taken from our catalog are free of charge. The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Do you take orders for private labels/OEM?
What is your payment terms?
We are open for discussion for the payment terms, however, there’s a certain term and condition to be met. For amount below USD 5000 transaction, we prefer to have advance payment.
